Our 400‑employee site brings together research and development teams, production workshops, and support functions for two main business areas :
- Machine Vision Sensors (MVS) for image sensors, dental sensors, and cameras.
- High-Performance and High-Reliability semiconductor products: microprocessors, memories and high‑speed data converters.
- Management and development of IT staff with a focus on driving improved performance through clear goal setting and performance measurement. Up-skilling the teams by providing appropriate mentoring / coaching and training inputs.
- Managing a Team of 9 IT professional geographically dispersed.
- Grenoble team of 4 IT Operations 4 ERP / Application analyst.
- Arras Team of 2 - one ERP and one Infrastructure.
- Teledyne France consist of around 700 users spread across 8 sites and 5 business units. Arras 215, Aubagne 25, Grenoble 420, Nice 6, Paris 11, Evry 7, Toulouse.
- Compliance and Security. Accountable for all IT compliance activities in France, ensuring adherence to company policies, legal and regulatory requirements, cybersecurity standards, audit expectations, and internal control frameworks, while supporting internal and external audits as required.
- Budgets participate actively to create, consolidate and control local business unit IT budgets. Liaise with Finance representatives and other IT stakeholders across the five business units.
- Projects execute Teledyne roadmap on applications and technology standardization and improvements.
- Support Own and oversee local IT operations support, ensuring day‑to‑day stability of infrastructure and end‑user services, effective incident and request handling, and consistent service delivery across all sites in France.
- Build and maintain an effective and credible relationship with stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with IT, business units. Maintaining open lines of communication with all parties from both a service delivery as well as proactive IT requests
- Prepare and execute monthly or quarterly meetings with each business area to review a rolling portfolio of work to provide visibility to the business stakeholders and IT on progress of projects including any significant issues for escalation and incidents in the period.
- Be the voice of the business and IT on both project and service delivery.
- Serve as liaison with the IT department for the business unit, help them navigate the IT functions, departments and portfolio.
- To continually understand the business needs, pressure and how IT can help enable business.
- We have solid experience in IT operations and service delivery, proven people management experience, and the ability to operate in a multi‑site, international environment.
- Fluency in French and English 100% essential along with strong communication skills and a structured, accountable leadership style.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and be confident in communicating with customers and technical leads.
- Proven problem-solving skills with the aability to analyses and solve technical problems within a short time frame using own initiative.
- Conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to travel country wide at least 30% of time.
- Full Driving License: Mandatory
- Degree or master’s in Computer Science, Information System or relevant experience.
- Have a IT technical background and have experience of ERP Systems, Applications, Infrastructure and tire support environments.
- ITIL Service Management qualification.
- Strong experience of managing a team within a complex Global IT environment.
- Experience of liaising with cross functional and geographically dispersed departments.
- 5 years plus experience in a similar role.
- Vendor management skills and proven track record of working with technology vendors / suppliers
- A recognize Project Management Qualification like Prince2, PMP, APMP etc.
- Creating, preparing and managing multiple budgets.
- Any Data Analytics tools or experience.
- Any AI experience.
