The Regional Industrial Engineer Manager leads the deployment of standardized Industrial Engineering and Lean methodologies across Asia-Pacific Tire Manufacturing to strengthen factory competitiveness. It supports 3 countries: Thailand, Indonesia and India and is expected to partner closely with plant and regional leadership to define and execute labor utilization strategies that optimize productivity, output, and cost performance. What You'll Do

  • You will coordinate with plant teams to implement competitive output standards, drive required changes, and hold teams accountable for results.

  • You will lead and support plants in conducting Industrial Engineering studies to determine the most efficient sequences of operations and workflows, maximizing utilization of production facilities and personnel while ensuring workplace safety.

  • You will analyze current manufacturing footprint utilization to identify and prioritize opportunities to reduce Total Delivered Cost (TDC) through the implementation of output standards.

  • You will develop, implement, and sustain action plans that drive measurable improvements in plant performance.

  • You will support, sustain, and continuously improve manufacturing methods by benchmarking performance and sharing best practices across plants.

  • You will develop studies and prepare project documentation for growth and capability expansion initiatives.

  • You will engage with plant and regional leaders to manage, communicate, and present strategies and key initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline.

  • You have 3+ years of experience leading or supporting Industrial Engineering–related projects within a manufacturing environment.

  • You have experience implementing output standards in manufacturing operations.

  • You have experience leading projects and driving change management initiatives.

  • You have strong knowledge of Industrial Engineering tools, including capacity analysis, cycle time studies, manning definition, and layout design (e.g., AutoCAD).
