Join our growing procurement team as a Regional Indirect Sourcing Specialist and play a key role in optimizing how we source goods and services across the region. In this mid-level role, you will support global sourcing initiatives, contribute to cost-effective purchasing decisions, and help ensure that our indirect procurement processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Global Indirect Purchasing function by researching, evaluating, and recommending suppliers for indirect goods and services.
Communicate with suppliers to obtain detailed information on pricing, availability, lead times, and delivery schedules, and maintain accurate supplier data.
Review purchase requisitions and bid requests, issue purchase orders, and help ensure timely and accurate processing of all procurement documentation.
Maintain and update eCatalogs to drive automation, standardization, and efficiency in the purchasing process.
Monitor projects and purchasing activities against established budgets and plans, helping to ensure adherence to cost, quality, and delivery targets.
Assist with supplier performance evaluation, issue resolution (including delivery or quality discrepancies), and implementation of the Global Indirect Sourcing Strategy at the regional level.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Prior experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain (indirect sourcing experience preferred) at a mid-level capacity.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to research suppliers, analyze bids, and support pricing and contract negotiations within defined guidelines.
Proficiency with procurement systems and tools; experience with eCatalogs and automated purchasing platforms is a plus.
Solid organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
