What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)As our Regional HR Manager, you will wear many hats, balancing high-volume talent acquisition with meticulous HR administration and employee relations.
? Talent Acquisition & OnboardingDrive Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own all phases of employment, including high-volume recruiting, advertising, interviewing, testing, and placement.
Welcome New Talent: Design and deliver engaging orientation programs to set up our new hires for long-term success.
Offboarding & Advocacy: Conduct insightful exit interviews and represent the company in unemployment compensation hearings.
Culture Champion: Maintain a heavy focus on employee engagement, ensuring our workforce feels heard, valued, and motivated.
Rapid Problem Solving: Investigate hotline calls and employee complaints swiftly and empathetically, seeking positive resolutions.
Trusted Advisor: Serve as the primary point of contact for managers and employees on all HR-related matters.
Keep Us Moving: Process biweekly payroll with accuracy and efficiency.

Experience: 5 to 7 years of proven success as an HR Generalist or HR Manager.
Industry Background: Manufacturing experience is required.
Education: Bachelor’s degree (BS) in HR Management or Business.
Certifications: PHR or SPHR certification is highly preferred.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) with strong data literacy. Experience with ADP is highly preferred.
Business Acumen: Ability to interpret general business periodicals, regulatory laws, and calculate essential figures (proportions, percentages, and commissions).
Mobility: Ability to travel to various locations within your designated territory to support your teams face-to-face.
Physical Demands Note: This role requires active engagement across our locations. You will regularly be required to walk, stand, sit, and talk. Excellent close, distance, and peripheral vision are required to navigate our operational environments safely.
