Now our HR Department is looking for 2 HR Ops Specialists.

The HR Ops Specialist ensures accurate, efficient, and SLA-driven HR operations for employees in assigned regions by managing HR administration, employee lifecycle processes, payroll inputs, and HRM data through the HR ticket system.

The role acts as the primary owner of operational HR service delivery, resolving the majority of HR requests via a structured ticketing model and supporting a scalable, data-driven HR function.

Core Duties

HR Operations (Ticket Ownership)

· Manage and resolve HR administrative requests via the HR ticket system

· Ensure timely and accurate ticket resolution in line with SLA

· Maintain high-quality ticket documentation and proper categorization

· Handle employee HR requests, including:

o Payroll issues & inquiries

o PTO / leave balance

o Bank account & employee data changes

o Tax questions (basic support / routing if needed)

o Kronos/system support

o Policy clarifications

o General HR requests

o Expense reimbursements (taxi, other)

o English classes coordination

Payroll Administration

· Enter payroll inputs (based on approved data from HR PP)

· Process salary changes, bonuses, and payroll corrections

· Resolve payroll discrepancies

· Support payroll cycle preparation and validation

· Process overtime requests and hours approvals

Employee Lifecycle Administration

Onboarding (Regional Ownership)

· Process onboarding requests from Recruitment

· Prepare employment contracts and collect required documentation

· Create employee profiles in HRM (Kronos / AT)

· Conduct HR onboarding sessions and explain processes

Employment Changes

· Process employment changes (role, salary, relocation)

· Manage trial period extensions

· Execute employee data updates

Offboarding

· Prepare termination documentation

· Process offboarding and final payroll inputs

HR Documentation & Data Management

· Prepare HR documents (contracts, amendments, confirmations)

· Maintain accurate employee records in HRM systems (Kronos & AT)

· Ensure compliance and data consistency across systems

· Perform employee data corrections and updates

HR Systems & Process Support

· Maintain HRM data accuracy and system hygiene

· Support HR Ops Lead with HRM testing and improvements

· Identify recurring issues and suggest process / KB improvements

· Contribute to reduction of rework and operational inefficiencies

Cross-Team Collaboration

· Work closely with HR People Partners on:

o payroll inputs

o employment changes

o escalations (when required)

· Collaborate with:

o Recruitment (onboarding requests)

o Finance (payroll & reimbursements)

o L&D / other teams (routing non-operational requests)

Qualifications

· Entry-level candidates with completed HR courses and strong motivation to grow in HR Operations

· Also, we are open to the candidates with administrative, payroll, coordination, or operations experience

· Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy

· Ability to manage high volume of requests in a ticket-based environment

· Strong organizational and process management skills

· Ability to work with structured workflows and SLA targets

Working conditions:

Work schedule: Mon-Fri, flexible 8 working hours, but preferably 10:30–19:30

Hybrid is strongly preferred

  • Competitive Salary in USD

  • 15 business days of paid time off, 20 — after 2 years, 11 days of National Holidays
