Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to join our team. This role will be pivotal in driving a positive workplace culture through effective employee relations and leading our full-cycle recruitment processes. The HR Manager will also assist with employee experience initiatives and talent management programs to help attract, develop, and retain top talent within our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to managers and staff.
