WHY WORK AT JOE & THE JUICE

JOE & THE JUICE is a people-centric food and beverage company built around culture, not just juice, sandwiches, coffee, and much more. When joining us, you step into a high-energy community where the music is loud, the bar is your stage, and your personality matters as much as your skills.

We believe in four simple virtues that shape everything we do:

  • Positive Attitude
  • Inclusion
  • Social Ties
  • Growth

For us, this means that when you choose a cup-half-full mindset, welcome people from every background, build real friendships across the bar by creating great guest experiences, and use every shift as a chance to learn something new — you become more than just a Juicer; like us, you continue to search and find purpose and meaning in what you do.

From your first day, you’ll be part of an international network of Juicers who support each other, celebrate wins together, and push each other to grow. You will learn by doing, move through a clear Moneyball career path, and be part of a company where most leaders have earned their stripes behind the bar (fun fact: over 75% of our employees started as Juicers!).

If you love fast-paced service, music, people, and the idea of turning a job into a lifestyle, JOE can become a place to build skills, friendships, and a career that can take you across cities, countries, and roles.

As JOE & THE JUICE continues its rapid expansion across the United States, we are seeking a strategic and commercially minded Regional People Business Partner to support 50-60 stores across our West Coast markets (CA, WA, TX, IL) and serve as the primary People partner to Operations leadership. Reporting directly to the Sr. Human Resources Manager, this individual will serve as a trusted advisor to District Managers, Market Managers, and Regional Operations leaders while helping build scalable people practices that support the continued growth of the U.S. business. This position represents an opportunity to influence business performance through people strategy while helping shape the future of one of the fastest-growing food and beverage brands in the industry.

What you'll do

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to operational leadership.
  • Build strong partnerships with District Managers, Market Managers, and Regional leaders.
  • Translate operational priorities into people strategies that improve business performance.
  • Utilize workforce data, turnover trends, engagement metrics, and talent insights to influence business decisions.
  • Partner on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership capability initiatives.
  • Lead talent reviews and succession planning discussions across the region.
  • Identify high-potential talent and partner on development plans for future leaders.
  • Coach leaders on performance management, accountability, team effectiveness, and leadership capability.
  • Support the execution of leadership development programs and talent initiatives.
  • Lead complex employee relations investigations and workplace matters.
  • Partner with leaders to resolve employee concerns in a fair, compliant, and values-based manner.
  • Provide guidance on performance management, corrective action, and terminations.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Partner with Legal and HR leadership on escalated matters and organizational risk.
  • Support organizational growth and change initiatives across the region.
  • Drive adoption of new people programs, processes, and operational initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
  • Partner with leadership teams during periods of transformation and growth.
  • Champion JOE & THE JUICE's culture and values across all markets.
  • Support initiatives that improve engagement, retention, and employee experience.
  • Analyze turnover and engagement trends and implement action plans.
  • Partner with operational leaders to build high-performing, inclusive teams.

What you bring

  • 3–5 years of Human Resources Business Partner experience.
  • Experience supporting multi-unit operations across multiple states.
  • Experience supporting retail, hospitality, restaurant, food & beverage, or other consumer-facing industries.
  • Strong employee relations and workplace investigation experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and influence operational leaders.
  • Strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Experience utilizing workforce data and business metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% throughout assigned markets.

Why JOE

Over 75% of our leaders started behind the bar — so when we say we invest in people, we mean it. You'll join a global community of Juicers who push each other to grow, with access to leadership development programs, travel and exchange opportunities, and a career path that can take you across cities, countries, and roles.
