- · Building a robust and deep sourcing operations within the region
across: to bring in high quality investible opportunities from South India.
- · Enable partnerships across the ecosystem (with Incubators, Micro VCs
& VC Funds, Family offices, etc.) to build a healthy deal flow in terms of
both quantity and quality.
- · Enable online deal sourcing strategy along with operational &
monitoring framework
- · Align with the monitoring system
- · Responsible for monitoring, data / analytics and more imporantly,
actions to be taken from the insights from the monitoring data.
- Share insightful weekly reports
Requirements
· Have a sales orientation and be an out-of-box thinker with high energy to craft and innovate on
deal sourcing strategy
· Be able to spot investment opportunities with minimal information and be the first contact for the ecosystem
· Must be metrics driven, able to take on targets (number of deals, quantum of raise, SLAs etc.) and continually raise the bar for self and team
· Strong familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn, Tracxn etc. along with research orientation to understand trends, for
best in class opportunities, emerging sectors,
· Team
player with high persuasive skills to manage both external and internal stakeholders to meet / exceed the targets and SLAs
· Strong communication & presentation skills and ability to represent the Group externally
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
· 4-6 years of experience with graduate / post graduate qualifications
· MBA and / or Engineering would be a strong added advantage
