Designation - Regional Head
Location - BKC, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding overall sales & revenue targets for CBIG West Business
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for region, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
- Leads new customer acquisition within the assigned customer and prospect base, while retaining and growing key existing accounts
- Implements marketing strategies; by analyzing trends, market mapping, competitor analysis to enable effective decisioning and forecasting of sales numbers
- Acts as a product expert, leveraging internal knowledge to build trust and respect with both internal and external customers
- Ensures highest levels of controls and compliance are adhered to while meeting sales targets
- Drives field sales strategy to consistently achieve set targets
- Maintains and reports accurate business updates for management review
- Works closely with the operations team to ensure optimum customer satisfaction
- Ensures process adherence at all times and error free timely delivery of projects
- Ensures optimum utilization of available resources
- Drive significant sales and revenue growth in the context of a fast-paced, dynamic organization where influencing and managing change are key attributes
- Display confidence and maturity to gain instant credibility
- Ability to leverage relationships across stakeholders in order to drive desired results
- Strong influencing and collaboration skill
- Build and manage a high caliber sales team to support the aggressive growth agenda in leading from the front, developing strong personal rapport and credibility with the team by leveraging senior client relationships and bringing in business
- Create an atmosphere of trust and transparency within the team

- 15+ years of experience in Corporate /B2B sales
- Proven leadership in customer centric organizations, delivering value through consultative selling
- Experience in people management including managing senior sales managers
- Highly customer-focused and result-oriented
- Good communication and ability to leverage relationships across various stakeholders in order to drive results
- Strong influencing and collaboration abilities
- Good thought leadership for driving board level strategies; strategic and analytical focus
