Position Summary: The Regional Gutter Manager is responsible for managing, training, and improving the proficiency of field gutter teams through initiatives such as in-person training, hands-on training material, coaching, and periodic reviews. This position is also responsible for assisting in the recruitment and oversight of all field gutter teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Train, coach, and mentor Gutter Managers and Gutter Technicians on LeafFilter's installation processes to ensure consistent adherence to the company's installation standards.
  • Identify skill gaps and retraining opportunities to enhance team efficiency and performance.
  • Drive operational excellence and overall effectiveness across gutter installation teams.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for all gutter installation procedures, including all LeafFilter products and customer home types.
  • Asses individual and team performance to design and implement targeted, ad hoc training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with installation management to evaluate gutter teams capabilities, performance, and growth potential.
  • Assist with the recruitment, interviewing, and hiring efforts for Gutter Managers and Gutter Technicians.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.


Experience and Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • 5+ years of construction and/or remodeling experience.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience.
  • 1+ years of direct experience working with gutter and gutter protection systems and hands-on installation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must hold a valid driver's license.
  • Must be able to successfully complete and meet DOT physical criteria.
  • Must be able to operate a box truck safely.
  • Must have reliable transportation to/from the job site to perform job duties.
  • Must be comfortable ascending and descending ladders of varying heights to perform services.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).


Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, or Certifications:

  • Experience in the direct-to-consumer construction/remodeling industry.

Travel Requirements:

  • More than 50% of domestic travel is required.


Overtime/Additional Hours Requirements:

  • Additional hours may be required (exempt positions).


Physical Requirements:

  • Normal Office Environment and field office/manufacturing/construction environment.
  • Performs indoor work in a climate-controlled environment and performs work outside in varying temperatures and climates.
  • Medium work. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
