Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager: Broadline, the Regional Foodservice Manager is responsible for selling King's Hawaiian products in local and regional foodservice chains and large level operators (stadiums, colleges & universities, etc.)
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Selling & Execution

  • Execute business plans through fact-based selling techniques and superior communication skills in 13-state region
  • Selling King's Hawaiian products and promotions to regional multi-unit and single-unit restaurant accounts
  • Gain distribution of King's Hawaiian products in broadline foodservice and convenience distributors
  • Manage FS broker relationship and sales goals within region
  • Partner with key FS Distributor personnel to sell strategic opportunity accounts
  • Communicate & train FS distributor and broker sales force on King's Hawaiian product features and benefits
  • Attend Regional and National food shows


Customer / Distributor Management

  • Manage and Execute local FS Distributor Marketing Programs
  • Manage all region Operator Agreements
  • Conduct annual business reviews with key customers accounts


QUALIFICATIONS • Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred• 2+ years experience selling to & developing partnerships within the top 500 restaurant chains (Technomic 500)• Self-motivated with demonstration of being a team player• Ability to strive in a very fast pace environment• Demonstrated ability to problem solve and communicates across departments• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings and/or weekends• Must have own car with current license, registration and insurance• Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs
