On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Regional Finance Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization across Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania. This role ensures robust financial reporting, tax compliance (KRA, URA, and TRA), and strategic budget management.
Key Responsibilities

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements.
- Ensure 100% compliance with local tax regulations, including VAT, PAYE, and Corporate Tax filings.
- Manage regional cash flow, banking relationships, and currency exchange risks.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and perform variance analysis.
- Facilitate internal and external audits for all regional entities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. Must be a CPA (K/U/T) or ACCA qualified.
- Proficiency in ERPs (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics), financial modeling, and IFRS knowledge.
- 5 - 7 years in financial management, with experience in regional reporting.
