the job:
This role is responsible for driving sales and brand growth across Europe, with a primary focus on France, Italy, and Spain, in both retail and professional channels for a rapidly expanding haircare brand. The key objective is to meet revenue goals, drive brand recognition and loyalty, ultimately growing sales within this key region.
salary: €50,000 - €70,000 + bonus
location: remote (must be based in France + have the right to work in France) based in Paris with frequent travel across the assigned European territories as required.
what you'll do:
- Develop strong relationships with retail partners, store teams, and distributors to achieve sales targets.
- Plan regular visits to key stores & salon accounts, ensuring proper brand execution and monitoring stock availability.
- Implement sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and marketing initiatives, while identifying in-store opportunities to drive growth.
- Assess educational needs for stores and salons, organizing training programs to elevate product knowledge.
- Lead and motivate a team of Beauty consultants, ensuring they receive regular training and achieve sales goals.
- Represent the company at regional/national conferences, events, and sales meetings as needed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations and sales teams.
- Responsible for identifying new salons and professional stores.
- Work together with the authorized distributors to implement and accelerate Amika’s Pro Channel strategic plan and growth.
- Coordinating Pro Channel events and education programs.
must haves:
- Fluency in French and English
- +5 years proven experience in sales and/or education, ideally in beauty
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to plan and execute
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident trainer with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
nice to haves:
- Salon/Beauty Experience preferred
- Experience with Sephora
- Knowledge of Spanish and/or Italian
