Regional Export Markets Leader Central Asia

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Regional Export Markets Leader for Central Asia countries, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Develop and implement a strategic annual export business plan to drive sales growth and maximize demand for prioritized SIBG and TEBG portfolios through distribution partners and country agents in Central Asia countries.
  • Identify additional opportunities for accelerated growth, which will require intensive travel to countries within the region.
  • Build and activate joint plans with priority distribution partners to accelerate growth within the territory.
  • Champion demand for 3M products by aligning priorities with 3 country-based field agents.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to enhance customer engagement and identify opportunities in key markets.
  • Collaborate with the export operations team to enhance the customer experience and optimize service levels for customers.
  • Ensure full adherence to 3M compliance policies and procedures

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

  • Education: higher degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
  • Advanced experience in Sales generation and Channel management
  • Successful remote management and team engagement skills in former positions
  • Strength in communication, networking and motivation
  • Has growth mindset combined with an entrepreneurial approach, which is essential for developing business in underpenetrated markets
  • Self-motivated and comfortable with remote working and cross-cultural team engagement.
  • Fluent in English language. Ability of speaking a language spoken in the territory to which they are assigned will be favourable, but not essential.

 

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include

  • Knowledge of the Russian language could be an advantage but is not mandatory. Candidates should also be prepared for intensive travel within the region.
  • Location:  Ideal candidate location: Turkey or UAE, Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary
  • Sales territory: Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan
  • Type of work: Remote
  • Travel: av. 40% international
  • Relocation package: Not authorized
