- Review tender documents and identify commercial risks, clarification requirements, and win themes for each bid.
- Support the preparation of internal investment approval submissions for SEA EPCC bids.
- Submit weekly updates on SEA tender pipeline status, risks, and upcoming milestones.
- Contribute to the monthly project pipeline report shared with senior leadership.
Requirements
- 2–4 years in utility solar EPCC development, project management, or commercial tendering.
- Experience working across SEA markets is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrable experience in tender preparation.
- Commercially astute, understands EPCC cost structures, margin dynamics, and bid positioning.
- Willing and able to travel extensively across Philippines, Indonesia, and Thailand.
- Strong coordination skills, manages multiple bids and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Proficient in project cost modelling using Excel or equivalent tools.
