Juniper is Growing! We are seeking a Regional Enhancement Sales Manager for our Landscape Maintenance Team. This position will be responsible for scheduling projects, supervising team members, and managing the resources needed for providing landscape enhancement projects to our clients. The Enhancement Manager is responsible for adhering to established budgets, ensuring successful operations, maintaining quality control, and promoting a positive culture focused on safety and continuous improvement.


Responsibilities:

  • Managing all landscape enhancement services and projects, including the coordination of all materials, people, equipment and subcontractors required to produce quality work
  • Providing day-to-day operational scheduling and guidance for branches’ enhancement service needs
  • Supporting the Account Managers and Sales Managers in estimating and designing enhancement proposals
  • Understanding client needs via collaboration with Account Managers, and meeting with clients directly to provide excellent customer service
  • Selling enhancement services and projects to clients
  • Training and developing of team members (including proper operation of equipment, planting techniques, safety guidelines, and quality standards) as well as disciplinary actions
  • Ensuring safety protocols are being followed by team members
  • Interviewing and hiring team members
  • Performing hands-on work with crews to meet work and scheduling demands as needed
  • Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform landscape enhancement projects
  • Ensuring equipment and tools are properly maintained, stored, and used
  • Ordering materials as needed, managing costs and coordinating deliveries
  • Ensuring paperwork and reports are accurately updated/completed for work order tickets and client billing
  • Maintaining and managing all required computer systems, including but not limited to timekeeping, job databases, and service schedules
  • Understanding budgets, labor, costs and gross profits on enhancement projects
  • Other relevant job duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in landscape installation, landscape construction or landscape enhancement services
  • Sales‑driven mindset with the ability to proactively generate and pursue leads independently.
  • Knowledge of plant material and horticultural best practices
  • Customer service and client-focused
  • 3+ Years of previous Landscape Design experience
  • Proficiency with a variety of computer software applications including MS Office
  • Valid Driver’s License and ability to clear Motor Vehicle Record check required
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • Must be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight)
  • Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day
  • Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Skills Required

  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in landscape installation, landscape construction, or landscape enhancement services
  • Sales-driven mindset with ability to independently generate and pursue leads
  • Knowledge of plant materials and horticultural best practices
  • Customer service and client-focused approach
  • At least 3 years of landscape design experience
  • Proficiency with computer software applications, including Microsoft Office
