Position Summary

Manages and oversees an assigned region of terminals within a geographical area.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Manages the operations and sales of all terminals in a region.
  • Oversees and administers budgets.
  • Develops and guides the operations team.
  • Implements new or improved processes and procedures to streamline operations.
  • Interacts with customers to resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintains and improves customer satisfaction through timely pickup and delivery of freight.
  • Collaborates with the sales team to build density handled by the organization's terminals to improve profit by increasing route efficiency.
  • Measures and reviews regional operating performance with goals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of terminal operations or breakbulk terminal management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
