***This Position is located in Auburndale, FL with a Hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
- Lead the Southeast region across five branches: Auburndale FL, Miami FL, Arcade GA, Moss Point MS, and Manchester TN
- Own regional performance, delivering against revenue, profitability, and growth targets
- Build and lead high-performing, highly engaged teams across sales, operations, and production
- Set the tone for a results-driven, people-first culture
- Coach and develop leaders to elevate performance and succession strength
- Partner on and execute the Division’s long-term strategic plan
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean principles and practical process enhancements
- Develop and manage operating plans, forecasts, and budgets
- Actively monitor performance and take decisive action to improve results
- Build strong partnerships with customers, vendors, manufacturers, and subcontractors
- Optimize rental fleet utilization through smart purchasing and sales decisions
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Use data and AI-enabled tools to improve forecasting, visibility, and decision-making
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate manual tasks, and increase team productivity
