“A Day in the Life”
We’re looking for a proven leader to take on a high-impact role as Regional Director, Southeast. This is not a maintenance role, it is a build, lead, and elevate opportunity. You will have approximately 5 direct reports and will lead a multi-state operation, shape strategy, and build high-performing teams that deliver results. You will partner directly with the Vice President of the East and play a visible role in driving growth, performance, and customer experience across the region. “What You’ll Do”
  • Lead the Southeast region across five branches: Auburndale FL, Miami FL, Arcade GA, Moss Point MS, and Manchester TN
  • Own regional performance, delivering against revenue, profitability, and growth targets
  • Build and lead high-performing, highly engaged teams across sales, operations, and production
  • Set the tone for a results-driven, people-first culture
  • Coach and develop leaders to elevate performance and succession strength
  • Partner on and execute the Division’s long-term strategic plan
  • Drive continuous improvement using Lean principles and practical process enhancements
  • Develop and manage operating plans, forecasts, and budgets
  • Actively monitor performance and take decisive action to improve results
  • Build strong partnerships with customers, vendors, manufacturers, and subcontractors
  • Optimize rental fleet utilization through smart purchasing and sales decisions
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate manual tasks, and increase team productivity

  • Comfort using data to guide decisions; openness to learning and applying AI tools

  • Willingness to travel approximately 35%

  • Experience in modular, construction, or related industries
