The Director, Agent Recruiting is responsible for recruiting new agent producers and field managers.


Let’s talk job responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective agents through targeted outreach, networking, and partnerships
  • Lead recruitment campaigns, career events, and digital marketing initiatives to attract top talent
  • Oversee the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Ensure a high quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Assist potential producing agents and field sales managers in understanding the opportunity for growth and success available to them.
  • Understand and become an expert on how the company operates and be able to navigate within systems to support new agents.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  

Your experience and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in insurance marketing and sales and/or training.
  • Experience recruiting agents, brokers, or sales professionals (insurance or financial services preferred)
  • Demonstrates proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets, internet, Adobe) and navigational skills.
  • Maintains a friendly, positive, and professional demeanor, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
  • Actively listens, seeks clarification when needed, and communicates effectively in response to questions.
  • Adheres to organizational policies and procedures, upholds company values, and exercises sound judgment by involving appropriate team members in decision-making.
