Regional Director of Operations 

Agemark Senior Living is seeking an experienced Regional Director of Operations to oversee and elevate the performance of multiple communities in the Central Valley area of California. With over 35 years of experience in senior living, we are dedicated to exceptional care, operational excellence, and creating meaningful experiences for our residents.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide strategic guidance and leadership to multiple communities, ensuring alignment with Agemark’s mission and values.
  • Oversee financial performance, occupancy, compliance, and operational efficiency at each property.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop property leaders to drive accountability, engagement, and results.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and resident satisfaction.
  • Represent Agemark in interactions with clients, investors, and business partners.
  • Support property acquisitions, act as Interim Director when needed, and assist in onboarding new community leaders.
  • Deliver accurate and timely operational reports to senior leadership.
  • Travel to communities regularly to provide hands-on support and guidance.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Public Health, Geriatrics, or a related field.
  • RCFE certification required.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a management role within senior housing.
  • Experience leading multi-tiered teams and multiple property operations.
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations, including OSHA and fire codes.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with computer systems and reporting tools.
  • Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and up to 75% travel.
