What You Will Do to Change Lives
The Regional Director of Operations drives results and manages facilities within the assigned geographical region and/or product line, ensuring achievement of clinical program objectives, quality care, mutually supportive County and State relationships, and budgetary expectations. They provide leadership and direction for the overall operation of programs in the region. They lead operations in the setting and execution against short and long-term goals and objectives. They actively participate in leadership functions including planning, organizing, and implementing new and enhanced programs and services that further the organization’s mission and financial wellbeing.
Shifts Available:
Full-Time | AM | Shifts: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Days: Monday – Friday
This position will cover a portion of Sacramento, San Joaquin, Stanislaus, Sutter Yuba and El Dorado county.
Expected starting wage range is $162,493.91 - $200,709.94. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)
- Ten (10) years’ experience in healthcare administration
- Master's Degree in Hospital Administration, Mental Health Administration or related field
- Strong knowledge of labor relations
- Strong team management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience managing multiple sites
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be CPR, First Aid, and CPI certified (hands-on course) on date of employment or prior to providing direct client care and maintain current certification throughout employment
- All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. If the position requires driving, valid driver’s license, a motor vehicle clearance and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment. Additional regulatory, contractual, or local requirements may apply.
- Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
- Willingness to use your personal vehicle to attend meetings, etc. (weekly mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate)
