What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll lead fleet maintenance and readiness across multiple depots in a region, managing the depot AVOMs as Moove AV moves to an insourced, depot-based maintenance model.

  • Regional performance: Own uptime, throughput, safety, and cost for every depot, measured against one regional scorecard.

  • Leader development: Build a strong bench of AVOMs so no depot depends on a single leader.

  • Standardization: Turn one proven depot model into a repeatable standard as we scale into new markets.

  • Cost and vendors: Keep parts flowing, vendors on SLA, and maintenance spend on budget.

Primary ResponsibilitiesRegional Operations & Performance
  • Own depot KPIs across the region: RO Capable % (96% target), offline time, technician productivity, PM compliance, and cost per repair.

  • Run a weekly cadence with each AVOM and a monthly regional review against a shared scorecard.

  • Serve as the regional escalation point for our major client and partner issues.

Team Leadership
  • Directly manage, hire, and coach AVOMs, holding them accountable to clear metrics.

  • Oversee technician staffing and qualification with People and Training partners.

  • Own the regional safety program, including TRIR, high-voltage practices, and audit readiness.

Scale, Systems & Cost
  • Standardize SOPs, tooling, and layouts so new depots run like mature ones, and lead readiness for market launches.

  • Hold vendors to SLAs and partner with procurement to keep parts available.

  • Own regional maintenance spend against budget and drive adoption of Moove’s internal systems and dashboards.

What You’ll Need to WinRequired
  • 8+ Years of Experience: Fleet maintenance, automotive service, or depot operations, including 4+ years leading managers or multiple sites.

  • Metric Ownership: Proven results on uptime, throughput, productivity, and cost per repair.

  • Leading Leaders: Experience developing site-level managers and performance-managing those who miss expectations.

  • Budget Management: Owned maintenance spend across more than one location.

  • The Basics: Up to 50% travel across regional depots and launches, and the legal right to work in the United States.

Preferred
  • Experience launching or scaling depots or new markets in an insourced maintenance model.

  • Exposure to autonomous, electric, or high-voltage vehicle fleets.

  • Familiarity with VMRS-based maintenance data, fleet maintenance software, and operational dashboards.
