About the company

OpenArt AI is one of the largest AI creative platforms in the world, with millions of monthly active users. Our enterprise platform helps marketing, creative, and studio teams at the world's largest brands, agencies, and entertainment companies supercharge their image and video production.

About the role

As a Regional Director, Enterprise Sales, you are OpenArt's senior enterprise seller and market leader in one of our key markets. You will personally own our most important relationships with Fortune 500 brands, studios, agencies, and consumer companies, leading executive-level conversations with CMOs, Chief Creative Officers, CIOs, and heads of studios and business units. And you will build and lead the team of Account Executives that grows OpenArt's business in your market.

Why this is exciting

Own a market: You build the market from the ground up, with the autonomy and the accountability that come with it.

Right product, right time: AI and creativity is the conversation every CMO and studio head is having right now. You will lead those conversations with Fortune 500 executives, backed by a product millions of people already use and love.

Build a team: You hire and develop the Account Executives who grow the market with you.

High exposure and ownership: Work directly with the Enterprise, Marketing, and Product leadership teams, with hands-on ownership of the accounts and decisions that shape the company.

  • Hire, onboard, coach, and manage a team of Account Executives.

  • Represent OpenArt at major industry events, executive dinners, and roundtables in your market, and build our presence among brands, agencies, studios, and creative leaders there.

  • Share market feedback to guide the product and engineering teams.
