- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 5+ upmarket Account Executives, joining calls to train new hires, upskill tenured reps, and motivate your team to deliver outstanding results.
- Scale and refine our sales strategy for the APAC region, ensuring alignment with company goals and market dynamics.
- Construct a fun, high-energy environment where reps love coming to work and feel as if they’re being developed towards their fullest potential.
- Champion the customer experience—prioritizing long-term relationships over short-term wins, and ensuring your team upholds ClickUp’s standards of integrity and professionalism.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, providing actionable feedback and clear development plans.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies and campaigns.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present insightful sales reports to senior leadership.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the sales team remains competitive
- 7+ years of full-cycle sales experience in SaaS and 3+ years of sales management experience.
- Very strong understanding of selling into SMB and Commercial segments (25-2000 FTE company size)
- A sustained need to win and the ability to motivate a team of high-performing reps.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
