Sales, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Solution Architects, Business Development, Transformation, and Technology Partnerships all work together to demonstrate the power and agility of Zscaler cloud transformation to the world.

We're looking for an experienced Commercial Sales Director to join our UK sales team offering a hybrid working model located in London. Reporting to the Regional Vice President, you'll be responsible for:

  • Recruiting, hiring and developing world-class sales talent fostering a culture which embraces DE&I
  • Understanding and solving customer pain points through Zscaler's unique value proposition
  • Accurately forecast business monthly/quarterly/yearly and build development plans for each sales rep
  • Collaborating with Product Marketing, Product Management, Demand Generation, as well as other key functional roles
  • Acting as executive sponsor for key partners to create joint plans, generate pipeline and drive opportunities to closure
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
  • 2+ years of experience leading successful sales teams
  • Proven track record in hitting stretch goals quarter on quarter
  • Experience working with partners, SIs and selling directly
  • Experience hiring 'A' players
  • Experience selling to Commercial accounts (up to 5,000 users) in the UK
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience selling security, SaaS or software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, MBA or related area
