Position Summary

The Regional Director of Clinical Partnerships is responsible for creating and executing growth strategies related to clinical inquiries and admissions. This role focuses on cultivating and maintaining strong professional relationships, ensuring that clinical partners are well-informed and connected to the services provided by Pasadena Villa’s The Stables Autism Program. The position involves conducting national outreach to raise awareness among clinical partners, the community, and families about the benefits of high-quality, individualized, client-centered residential treatment for long-term wellness and recovery. Additionally, the Regional Director analyzes industry trends to shape strategic priorities, remove barriers to care, and increase clinical referrals.


This position is dedicated to managing autism-specific accounts on a national level, with a primary focus on providers who work with individuals on the autism spectrum. The role involves attending industry conferences focused on autism and educational consulting to strengthen relationships and expand awareness of The Stables program. In collaboration with the National Director of Business Development and the facility’s CEO, this position will help shape and execute the national strategy for The Stables. Additionally, the role includes providing concierge-level admissions support for families considering The Stables, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience.


Flexibility for travel is required, expectation for frequent rounding in the northeast, specifically New York City required.


This role focuses on engaging clinical strategic partners who specialize in serving neurodiverse clients while also representing the full spectrum of residential services offered by Pasadena Villa Psychiatric Network. A deep understanding of adult psychiatric diagnoses and the latest evidence-based treatment approaches is essential for success in this position.


Relationships and Contacts

Within the organization:  Maintains frequent and close working relationships with facility leaders, Business Development team members, Admissions team members, and all clinical team members.

Outside the organization:  Initiates and maintains professional working relationships with clients and their families, referral partners, clinical partners, and vendors, as needed.


Essential Responsibilities

  1. Builds a strategic regional growth plan by evaluating, analyzing, and interpreting facility and market utilization data.
  2. Manages strategic accounts, cultivating and maintaining professional referral relationships within assigned region.
  3. Utilizes Salesforce CRM to track and document outreach activities and communications, in accordance with established guidelines.
  4. Analyzes Salesforce data to develop data-driven regional strategic plans to drive inquiries and admissions correlated with the outreach activities.
  5. Collaborates with facility and network leadership to leverage strategic initiatives.
  6. Maximizes available resources and creates new resources to meet or exceed strategic growth goals.
  7. Cultivates new clinical referral pipelines while maintaining and enhancing key account opportunities.
  8. Executes sales and retention strategies and plans, successfully close new business in accordance with pre-determined targets.
  9. Manages communications by setting expectations, troubleshooting, and collaborating with the treatment team internally and externally to provide comprehensive care coordination; serves as an internal liaison to enhance client and referent experiences.
  10. Regularly communicates with all key referral sources ensuring internal and external obstacles to growth and retention are identified, minimized, and/or eliminated.
  11. Schedules and conducts tours with referral sources, clients, and families in support of business development activities.
  12. Provides   concierge customer service and communication to referral sources, clients, and families.
  13. Collaborates with admissions, decision-makers and stakeholders including client, family members, professional referral sources, facility administration, clinical leadership, admitting physicians and utilization review coordinators to support client service and success.
  14. Collaborates with facility leadership teams and marketing to ensure collateral and websites are up to date and all special projected are completed professionally, with an emphasis on quality and customer service.
  15. Provides market feedback and competitive intelligence to help inform strategic decisions, enhance service offerings, and refine business development approaches to stay ahead of industry trends and meet client needs effectively.

 

Additional Responsibilities

  1. Functions within the guidelines of the facility’s Code of Ethics and in accordance with Corporate Compliance.
  2. Contributes to and participates in quarterly business development meetings with facility and national leadership.
  3. Represents the program within the community at local, regional, and national events, as requested.
  4. Assists in promoting and ensuring the organization’s values, mission, goals, and objectives are understood and actively supported by the employees.
  5. Completes all documentation and reporting in a timely manner, providing additional information as requested.
  6. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements


Education and Experience

Position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Health Administration or related field and 3+ years of experience in business development/sales. Additional related experience in behavioral health treatment services, to include;


  • Demonstrated success within a complex and detail-oriented sales processes;
  • Experience within specialized behavioral healthcare or substance abuse treatment services.

      



Additional Requirements

  • Position requires incumbent to have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance and acceptable driving record.
  • Clearance of TB test and any other mandatory state/federal requirements.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification.
