Located in our Melbourne, Cremorne HQ you will lead Flippa’s APAC region and play a critical role in executing our global expansion strategy. You will manage a team of brokers that are mostly remote based and be accountable for driving regional performance, growth, and execution excellence.

This is a highly visible, market-facing regional leadership role requiring regular travel across key APAC markets (minimum 15%) to build client relationships, strengthen strategic partnerships, and represent Flippa in-market.

Located in Melbourne, working from Flippa's HQ in Cremorne, you will also lead Flippa’s presence in-market, driving go-to-market initiatives, representing the brand at key events, and building visibility across founder, investor, and partner ecosystems. Success will require a strong track record of rapid execution, disciplined sales leadership, deep commercial instincts, and outstanding relationship-building capability. Ideally, you bring experience having made a significant impact in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.

AI is central to how Flippa operates. Our platform leverages intelligent matching, predictive valuations, and workflow automation to reduce friction and increase trust in every transaction. You’ll work alongside teams that use AI to make better decisions, move faster, and deliver better outcomes for buyers, sellers, and investors - whether your role is technical, operational, or customer-facing.

What You’ll Do

You will lead Flippa’s APAC brokerage business as both a hands-on dealmaker and a regional leader, accountable for driving revenue growth, building market presence, and developing a high-performing team.  This is a highly visible regional role requiring regular travel (minimum 15%) across key APAC markets to build client relationships, represent Flippa in-market, and support regional growth.

  • Lead from the front on key deals - act as a player-coach by actively managing and closing high-value opportunities, maintaining a disciplined personal pipeline, and setting the standard for best-in-class deal execution.
     
  • Build and lead a high-performing regional team - manage, coach, and grow a team of Brokers (majority are remote based), creating a culture of accountability, commercial excellence, and continuous improvement through strong leadership and development.
     
  • Own regional revenue performance and execution discipline - drive consistent achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets through rigorous pipeline management, clear reporting, and tight execution from lead generation through to deal closure and cash collection.
     
  • Represent Flippa across APAC markets – travel regularly across the region (minimum 15%) to meet clients, attend industry events, strengthen strategic relationships, and build Flippa’s brand presence with founders, investors, and strategic acquirers.
     
  • Develop strategic partnerships and ecosystem growth - build and nurture high-value relationships with buyers, sellers, and partners to generate referral-led growth and expand Flippa’s reach across the region.
     
  • Drive operational excellence and global alignment - continuously improve sales processes, playbooks, and account-based strategies while partnering closely with global leadership, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and scale impact.
What You Bring to the Table
  • A proven dealmaker with founder-level commercial instinct: background as a founder, M&A banker, broker, or commercial leader with a clear track record of closing complex deals and driving business growth.
     
  • Sales leadership with hands-on credibility: experience leading high-performing sales teams while remaining close to the deal - coaching, influencing, and leading from the front.
     
  • A history of delivering strong revenue outcomes: consistently achieved or exceeded targets, with the ability to build pipeline, convert opportunities, and drive disciplined execution.
     
  • Strategic and operational sales capability: able to design and execute effective go-to-market and sales strategies, while maintaining rigor in pipeline management and reporting.
     
  • Strong relationship and network builder: deep experience managing senior stakeholders, key accounts, and partnerships, with the ability to generate repeat business and referrals.
