Role Overview
The Regional Digital Vice President, LATAM is responsible for leading and advancing Edelman’s Digital practice across the region, driving sustained business growth, strengthening client partnerships, and elevating the agency’s digital capabilities.
This role requires a balance of strategic vision, commercial leadership, and operational excellence. The VP will play a critical role in integrating digital across markets, positioning Edelman as a leader in the space, and delivering impactful, insight-driven solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the Digital strategy across LATAM, ensuring alignment with Edelman’s global vision and regional business priorities.
- Drive profitable growth by identifying new opportunities, expanding existing client relationships, and leading new business efforts.
- Oversee regional operations to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality, results-oriented work.
- Act as a senior leader within the LATAM management team, contributing to overall business strategy and performance, and represent the region in the global Digital community.
- Build and scale best-in-class digital capabilities across markets, fostering innovation and competitive differentiation, driving a digital-first culture across our client service.
- Identify and leverage emerging trends, technologies, and platforms to create value for clients and the business.
- Serve as a senior strategic advisor to key clients, strengthening relationships and driving long-term partnerships.
- Lead and support new business pitches, including development of proposals and high-impact client presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-market teams to deliver integrated, multi-disciplinary solutions.
- Expand Edelman’s presence through industry engagement, partnerships, and thought leadership.
- Ensure strong financial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, and effective budget management.
- Establish accountability across teams, maintaining high standards of quality, performance, and delivery.

- Strong experience managing senior client relationships.
- Proven ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams.
- Solid financial acumen, including experience managing budgets, forecasting, and profitability.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Portuguese/Spanish is a strong plus.
