The Creator Marketing Manager LATAM has the responsibility to establish Red Bull as a strong consumer-focused brand through Creator Marketing Program. He/She is responsible for developing and overseeing the regional and markets’ strategies of how Red bull works with Creators making sure we follow global guidelines, collaborate with right profiles and maximize outcomes through constant and credible brand & product integration.
This position can be based in Mexico City or São Paulo.
Job Description
REGIONAL APPROACH
- Build the regional strategy around the Creator Marketing Program.
- Ownership and education for all tools used for onboarding, training, communicating, and monitoring creators.
- Work closely with markets and global teams to ensure that all are working efficiently and accordingly to the global strategy.
- Strong focus on guaranteeing seamless and credible product integration to the everyday life of our creators across the region.
- Support all areas of the business from Product Expert Program, Sports, Culture, Brand, On Premise to help amplify existing marketing initiatives that align with their interests.
COUNTRIES’ SUPPORT
- Works with markets to find the right creators’ profiles and workflows for all the different tiers of the program.
- Be responsible for educating all markets/regional teams, while serving as a subject matter expert for the topic across the entire business.
- Maximize local creator’s initiatives into our regional channels.
Qualifications
- Good knowledge of the Creator Marketing scene in LATAM.
- Previous experience working professionally within the Creators / Social Media Influencers industry or related businesses, media and event production.
- A history of working with creators, contracts and content creation as well as dealing with brand partnerships.
- Clear understanding of global entertainment, creators’ industry, including legal.
- Good marketing and country’s relationship understanding (people, habits, trends, etc.).
- Strong project management skills (team of specialists, leading external agencies, production companies, freelancers, etc.), presentation and motivational skills.
- Creative and innovative mindset, open to new things.
- Excellent organisational and project planning/management skills coupled with the ability to work in a team.
- A strong ability to write, present, and articulate ideas clearly.
- 25 – 50% work time travel availability (varies along the year).
- Team player, creative, communicative, sociable, informative, open-minded, ingenious, relaxed, genuine, networker innovative and self-motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude and focused on delivering results.
- Fluent English and Spanish
- University Degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism, Communications or similar areas.
