Regional Cost Control Manager

The Regional Cost Control Manager is primarily responsible for the review and analysis of financial aspects of construction projects within the region. A thorough understanding of our cost control processes and procedures is vital to communicate cost control measures to teams, ensuring compliance for project cost strategies.

Responsibilities

• Review and analysis of financial aspects of construction projects within the region
• Understand of our cost control processes and procedures
• Communicate cost control measures to teams, ensuring compliance for project cost strategies
• Confirm policies and procedures are documented and enforced by Regional Cost Control staff

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum of ten years of related experience, including experience leading an office
• Previous management experience preferred

Additional Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of design and construction processes and protocols is required
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Technically strong with labor/cost planning and forecasting
