Regional Controlling Specialist

What you’ll achieve

As the Regional Controlling Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing controllership processes at a regional level, ensuring financial compliance, performance analysis, and supporting strategic decision-making. You will work closely with local and global teams to consolidate financial information and improve operational efficiency making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.

You will:

• Carrying out financial and performance analyses for the region's units.
• Ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial reports following accounting standards
• Consolidating and analysing budgets, forecasts, and financial variations.
• Supporting internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Developing and monitoring financial KPIs for cost optimization and operational efficiency.

Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:Essential Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related areas.
• Consolidated experience in controlling, accounting or finance
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, ERP (SAP, Oracle, among others) and BI tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced English (other languages a plus).

Desirable Requirements

• Experience of managing controllers in multiple units or countries.
• Knowledge of financial optimization methodologies and process digitalization.
