What you will do: As a Regional Compliance Manager, this position works jointly with the Rite of Passage Program Directors to accomplish licensing and corporate compliance at the ROP locations within the assigned region. The Regional Compliance Manager reports to the Regional Director of Operations.

To be considered, you should: Possess a Bachelor's degree, have three years of experience working with at-risk youth, and possess the necessary skills to meet the qualifications for this position. Must possess a valid Driver’s License.  

Schedule: Hybrid (Travel to assigned Programs).
