Job Description

The RCSM is responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and customer recruitment objectives and represents the entire range of company products and services to assigned customers within their regions. The RCSM report to the National Sales Manager, however we are looking for independent territory leaders who are self-managing.

The RCSM will be responsible but not limited to the following:

  • Prospect, qualify and develop new customer relationships both within partner and end-user communities

  • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including sales, support, service, training, and management resources, in order to meet channel performance objectives and customer expectations

  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned region

  • Drives adoption of company programs among assigned region customers

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Engineering Leadership to Identify, build, and execute go-to-market

  • programs and solutions to meet the customer needs within region and vertical markets

  • Participation in regional and national tradeshows

  • Seeking candidates based in the assigned territory

  • Other duties as assigned

Specific Knowledge & Skills:

  • 5+ years of sales experience

  • Strong technical acumen and ability to speak towards our products and solutions

  • Ability to accurately forecast revenue on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

  • Proven record of achievement in delivering sales results and developing collaborative relationships

  • Strong understanding of our go-to-market strategy and sales philosophy is required

  • Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills

  • Time management skills are required, and candidates must have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, fast-paced environment

  • Ability to travel up to 80% of the time (TX, LA, OK, NM, AR)
