Position: Regional Chief Financial Officer

Monogram Health is currently seeking a Regional Chief Finance Officer to join our team! The Regional CFO will assist in driving the financial and operational performance of the business. Further, the role will support operational leaders, specific to assigned Region, by conducting financial analysis, reviewing reports, and making recommendations for cost reduction and efficiency improvements. As the leader of the operational finance team, the Regional CFO will collaborate with key stakeholders, such as the COO, CFO, Region Presidents, and other regional operational leadership, to ensure that financial goals and objectives are aligned with the strategic plan of the organization.

 

Responsibilities
  • Direct and oversee efforts to analyze current results and trends; partner with Region Operations to drive maximum operating performance, develop observations and recommendations for improvement opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Executive Leadership Team to drive process improvements focused on innovation and continued business diversification models designed to improve financial outcomes and drive growth.
  • Monitor actual performance against financial plans and provide regular reporting and analysis to key stakeholders.
  • Lead efforts to effectively analyze and communicate monthly financial results.
  • Serve as a trusted institutional voice across all categories of staff through transparent communication of financial information with key performance metrics and how they relate to vision and strategy in a way that non-financial professionals can easily understand.
  • Engage with Regional Operations leaders and support staff to review, analyze, and discuss performance improvement plans for business operations.
  • In partnership with the VP of Ops & Strategic Finance and Region Presidents develop a regular operating rhythm of monthly financial and operating reviews with senior operational leadership
  • Assist in the development of productivity targets for the organization to ensure alignment with long-range financial plans and adherence to benchmarks.
  • Assist in the training, development, and oversight of Operations Finance Analysts
  • Plan and recommend to the VP of Ops & Strategic Finance overall financial policies and programs to protect and optimally utilize the financial resources.
  • Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in developing financial budgets/forecasts for assigned Region.
  • Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes.
  • Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances to budgets/targets.

 

Position Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting; Master of Accounting/MBA and/or CPA.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in operational finance, or similar environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of finance, operations, and accounting principles.
  • Proven track record of creating robust analyses that translate into business decisions.
  • Proven ability to work with all levels of management and collaborate with financial and operational teams.
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and organize workload to meet organizational timelines in a fast paced, high-growth environment.
  • Written and oral communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful analysis to all audiences.
  • Analytic, organization, and problem-solving skills which allows for strategic data interpretation.
  • Teamwork and project management skills combined with ability to work as part of a cross functional team.
