Get to Know the Role

Reporting to the Regional Head of Category, we are looking for a Regional Category Procurement Manager to help lead the Infrastructure, Network and Software/Saas category in Grab.

This role is based onsite in our Petaling Jaya, Malaysia office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will lead the development and execution of Grab's Groupwide Category Strategy for Infrastructure, Network/Telco, and Monitoring Software/SaaS, collaborating with key technology and country leaders.
• You will conduct market analysis and maintain updated knowledge of the supply base to inform strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management.
• You will develop and implement category strategies that include value, cost, risk, and opportunity assessments, along with actionable spend management plans.
• You will oversee the entire sourcing process, from defining requirements and managing RFPs/tenders to vendor negotiations and contract awards, ensuring execution across multiple countries.
• You will foster strong relationships with the business team and cross-functional teams to identify business needs, drive process efficiencies, and allow supplier-driven innovation.

Qualifications

What Skills You Will Need

• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in managing Technology, Infrastructure, and Network category.
• Degree in any Supply Chain, Business Management or any relevant study.
• Absolute integrity in managing the supplier relationship, avoiding real and perceived conflicts of interests
• Team player and able to work with teams to deliver collective goals;
