Job Description

We’re looking for a Regional Buyer to join our Indirect Procurement team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for our South East Europe teams, ensuring they have everything they need to keep things running smoothly. You’ll manage vendor relationships, handle purchasing activities and be a key player in helping our teams scale in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll start by focusing on operational tasks, but we see this role growing quickly. With your drive and the support of our broader team, you’ll soon take on more strategic projects across the region. It’s a dynamic role where you’ll make a real impact on our growth journey.

What you'll be doing:

• Contracting: whether it’s a new deal or renewing an old one, you’ll be leading or supporting the contracting process, including negotiations;
• Sourcing: run tender and bidding processes for major projects and support with mid- and low-value ones;
• Vendor management: from onboarding new vendors to being the point of contact for escalations, you’ll ensure smooth communication and operations;
• Reporting: keep our reports in top shape and dive into spend analytics to help us make smarter decisions;
• Purchasing: handle everything from creating purchase orders to managing item databases, making sure we get what we need, when we need it;
• Compliance: work closely with our teams and vendors to ensure everything’s above board;
• Process improvement: always looking for a better way? You’ll help refine our ordering processes and support our auditing teams with vendor-related tasks.

Qualifications

• You’ve got relevant years of experience in Indirect Procurement in the region, ideally with some multinational exposure;
• You’re analytical, a skilled negotiator and can run projects independently with a hands-on approach;
• You love learning new things and are eager to grow your career in procurement;
• Your English is top-notch and you’re eligible to work in the EU;
• You’re based either in Athens, Zagreb or Budapest and you’re up for traveling up to 40 days a year.
