In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Drive and create demands / opportunity for Flow Control Business.

Provides timely and accurate forecasting reports monthly to achieve business goals & objectives.

Works closely with the Local Business Partner in Korea, EMR Korea leadership and AP BU HQ to develop and execute country growth plans

Find opportunities and drive the teams to convert opportunities into bookings.

Develop End user site and account plans that drive BU technologies and programs

Uncover white space opportunities

Develop new business including non-performing accounts and new segments

Drive FEED activities with country EPCs and OEMs

Ensure readiness to maximize Project Participation for Flow Controls in Korea

Consult with customers when needed to understand their Maintenance, Reliability and Overhaul (MRO) needs especially on plant Shutdown / Turn Arounds (STOs) and then work with stakeholders to maximize participation and success.

Thinks out of the Box to optimize Flow Controls growth.

Collaborate with all functional groups in Asia Pacific to optimize Country Growth opportunities.

Ensure seamless collaboration between all 3 stakeholders – Local Business Partner, Emerson Korea and AP BU HQ.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent with at least 10 years of relevant industrial experience.
- Good understanding of Control valve industry
- Experience in Project Pursuit
- Demonstrated abilities in leading and driving growth preferably possess Channel Management experience.
- Critical thinker, self-directed with proven ability to collaborate and influence change.
- Strong communicator with good presentation & influencing skills.
- Good command of English
- Self-starter with ability to deal with levels of ambiguity.
- Ability to present clear and concise information, internal and external customers.

Be comfortable in a matrix structure as well as to manage by influence
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate in both technical and business terms.
- English proficiency is required
- Ability to handle multiple taskings and high adaptability to environment.

- Existing Control valve experience will help to position better.
This Role will report solid line to EMR Korea Country Leader and dotted line back to BU HQ in Singapore.
