We are looking for a Regional Business Development Manager for Wingie Enuygun Group's growing Business Development department. With this position, you will have the chance to take part in the team that has developed one of the most successful internet businesses in Turkey.


Requirements

  • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in market analysis, data analytics, and revenue management collaboration
  • Skilled in leveraging market research tools and analytics platforms to evaluate trends, competitors, and customer demand
  • Technically proficient in API connectivity, channel manager integrations, and project management tools such as Jira
  • Experience with quality assurance systems to maintain service standards and monitor customer feedback
  • Deep understanding of regulatory compliance within the hospitality and OTA sectors, including data privacy and contract law
  • Effective leadership and team-building abilities, fostering high-performing, collaborative teams
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly adaptable, resilient, and problem-solving oriented in dynamic business environments

What Will You Do?

  • Conduct market analysis and forecasting to identify emerging trends and anticipate inventory needs
  • Collaborate with revenue management teams to implement OTA pricing strategies, enforce rate parity, and optimize revenue
  • Ensure smooth API connectivity and tech integration for real-time hotel inventory distribution
  • Monitor and enhance quality assurance systems to maintain brand standards and guest satisfaction
  • Support regulatory and compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to legal frameworks and policies
  • Contribute to digital marketing efforts such as promotional campaigns and SEO alignment
  • Utilize project management tools (Jira) to coordinate cross-functional tasks and track performance
  • Partner with stakeholders across departments to align commercial, operational, and customer-focused objectives
