The Role
- To drive regional business growth by formulating and executing targeted sales strategies aimed at increasing loan disbursement volumes.
- The role involves leading and mentoring a team of FOS, managing key channel and fintech partnerships, and ensuring seamless execution of business development initiatives.
- This position is also responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance, enhancing customer experience, and aligning operations with credit risk policies, while delivering on business targets and improving market presence.
Managerial Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to boost loan disbursements.
- Lead and mentor FOS teams, ensuring productivity and compliance.
- Build and manage partnerships with fintechs and institutions.
- Drive business via direct sourcing, digital platforms, and partnerships.
- Collaborate with credit and ops teams for smooth processing.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction, adherence to TATs, and compliance.
- Provide regular performance reports and stay aligned with company and regulatory guidelines.
Functional Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to increase loan disbursements and achieve business targets.
- Lead, train, and manage FOS teams to ensure high productivity and compliance with internal processes.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with fintechs, educational institutions, and other channels to expand reach.
- Drive customer acquisition through direct sourcing, digital platforms, and partner networks.
- Co-ordinate with credit and operations teams for seamless loan processing.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by meeting service benchmarks and regulatory standards.
- Regularly report performance metrics to senior management.
