Position Summary
The Regional Business Analyst for Home Appliances (HA) will undertake the responsibility to analyze current state of HA’s respective product categories performance and identify areas for improvement. He/She will work with the respective PMs to develop strategies to optimize category performance and provide recommendations for improvements.Role and Responsibilities
- Perform Data Analysis & monitor Business performance using internal system sources (GSCM, BI, Financial files)
- Prepare Daily Sales reports
- Monitor & track Market Share performance
- Use of GFK data source to measure & track MS performance of Refrigerators, Washing Machines and their segments
- Perform detailed analysis of MS gaps and work with Regional PMs for corrective actions
- Analyze and track PSI status of subsidiaries, highlight gaps and potential operational pitfalls
- Download & Analyze HA P&L performance including TIM spend by Subsidiary/ Product/ Customer level
Skills and Qualifications
- A business degree with at least 5 years of related experience in consumer goods industry
- Well versed in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
- Comfortable with both qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Experience working with big data platforms and visualization tools would be beneficial
- Possesses strong analytical skills, attention for detail and excellent communication skills
- Creative, resourceful & strategic minded
- Independent & self-motivated, while able to work effectively as a team player
- Strong preference for candidates with regional experience
