Role and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for the region to achieve key business goals and KPIs
- Independently manage research & insights study to inform and sharpen marketing campaigns
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives, make adjustments as needed, and report findings to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align brand messaging and deliver a consistent experience across all touchpoints.
- Manage end-to-end campaign project management, including strategy development, execution, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Manage agency relationships and roster selection for advertising and marketing projects.
- Demonstrated ability to report concise project goals and outcomes to a C suite audience
- Work closely with team leaders to build brand marketing capabilities in the region

Qualification:
- Masters/Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field from a reputable institution (A good honors degree preferred)
- 8-10 years of relevant marketing experience
- MS Applications
- Well versed in using data analytics tools e.g. Qlik, Tableu, Sprinklr
- Command for South east Asian languages and/or Korean is a plus
