About the position

The Global Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for a BlueBand, Heart of Life and Violife brands in the AMEA region. This role will involve working closely with marketing teams in each of the market unit, cross-functional teams as well as the global cross functional teams to ensure that the brand is positioned effectively in the market with right campaign and support and that revenue and topline and bottom-line targets are met
So what does it take to be successful in this role?

Marketing Strategy and Execution: Develop and support comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand strategy, ensuring brand consistency and compliance across all channels. Implement channel-specific plans to support sales growth and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovations on time.

Data-Driven Insights and Budget Management: Conduct regular data evaluations to identify market opportunities, convert insights into actionable plans, and monitor the innovation pipeline. Support budget management by optimizing spending, evaluating campaign effectiveness, and driving SKU profitability.

Digital and E-commerce Performance: Monitor digital marketing trends, e-commerce performance, and social media engagement. Share learnings with local markets, ensure high-quality execution of marketing materials, and develop toolkits to enhance market strategies.

Stakeholder Collaboration and Learning Development: Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including global creative and media agencies. Support the regional marketing team in crafting educational sessions and ensure progress towards ESG targets, including the social mission of reaching 100 million children with the breakfast message by 2030
