We will count on you to:
- Collaborate with Mercer-Marsh Benefits consultants and brokers to manage benefit plans across Europe and the Middle East, ensuring alignment with global directives.
- Conduct benchmarking to identify issues, develop solutions, and assess local trends and changes in benefits legislation.
- Oversee annual renewals by coordinating with consultants, brokers, and local finance teams to adjust plan design elements and eligibility criteria.
- Support the rollout of global well-being strategies and initiatives, working closely with local HR to enhance employee benefits and well-being programs.
- Ensure effective administration of benefits operations, including process documentation, invoice processing, and employee support services.
What you need to have:
- 10+ years of professional experience in international benefits programs.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management at all levels.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
- An agile mindset and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
