Our relationship with associations is very important to us and that is why we are looking for a passionate Account Representative to manage these connections.

Our Regional Association Manager will be responsible for nurturing and building relationships with a variety of associations to gain industry insights and identify the needs of different associations. They will partner with associations to promote Federated and to ensure we are the insurer of choice to their members.

We want your talent

If you are great at:

  • Maintaining current association relationships by building rapport with board and executive members

  • Identifying potential associations and developing relationships for future growth

  • Participating in association meetings and conventions; travel across Canada necessary

  • Negotiation and conflict management

If you have

  • University degree or equivalent working experience

  • Strong sales and presentation skills

  • A competitive spirit and a desire to deliver a high level of performance

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

  • Demonstrated ability to create, nurture, and manage key relationships

  • Fluently bilingual (English/French) is a definite asset

We’re committed to pay transparency and fairness. The base salary range for this role is $92,000 - $138,000, which reflects the expected base pay – not the total compensation package. The actual base salary may vary depending on your experience, skills, and alignment with the position. We’re also open to candidates at different levels, so if this range doesn’t quite match your expectations, don’t let that hold you back — we’d still love to hear from you.
