As a Regional Assistant – Events and Sales Support, you will play a key role in supporting, planning, promoting and delivering events for the life insurance and individual savings and investment sales team at iA for Quebec and the Atlantic provinces.

What you will accomplish with us
As a Regional Assistant – Events and Sales Support, you will be at the heart of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

• Coordinate the planning of events, meetings, seminars, promotional tours and accredited training sessions for Quebec and the Atlantic provinces: booking venues and suppliers, creating promotional materials, managing registrations and following up on activities before, during and after events to ensure an optimal experience;
• Act as a resource during events (on-site coordination, note-taking or technical support) and liaise with internal and external partners to ensure proper execution;
• Contribute to the preparation of communication and marketing materials (letters, email and digital campaigns) from both a design and execution perspective;
• Ensure administrative management: preparing expense reports, processing invoices, tracking payments and managing requests related to activities;
• Support the Regional Vice-President, the National Vice-President, Investments, and the sales team in managing travel, expenses, preparing presentations and other tasks;
• Establish and maintain relationships with partners (MGAs, national accounts, financial institutions, advisors, etc.) and act as a key point of contact with internal teams;
• Coordinate certain special initiatives as well as manage and maintain the inventory of promotional materials;
• Handle confidential information in compliance with confidentiality standards.

• Has 3 to 5 years of experience in a relevant field, including experience in event coordination (a strong asset).
