**About the Role
**We are seeking a highly motivated Regional AI Operations Manager to drive the adoption and operational success of AI-powered solutions across the European market. This role serves as the key bridge between global headquarters and regional business teams, ensuring AI tools are effectively implemented, adopted, and translated into measurable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate combines operational excellence, training capabilities, business analysis skills, and a strong passion for AI-driven transformation. You will work closely with distributors, subsidiaries, and local teams to maximize AI utilization, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate business growth.
Tasks
1\. Drive AI Adoption and Business Enablement
* Lead the rollout and adoption of AI solutions across the European region.
* Support distributors and local teams in integrating AI tools into daily business operations.
* Deliver training sessions, user guidance, and best practices to maximize adoption and business impact.
2\. Coordinate Regional AI Operations
* Act as the key liaison between headquarters, regional teams, and distributors.
* Translate global AI initiatives into practical regional action plans.
* Ensure smooth execution of AI-related projects and operational activities.
3\. Monitor Performance and Drive Continuous Improvement
* Track AI adoption, user engagement, and operational performance metrics.
* Analyze business feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Recommend actions to optimize processes, increase efficiency, and support business growth.
4\. Support Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with Product, Technology, Sales, and Operations teams to communicate market needs and user feedback.
* Contribute to the continuous enhancement of AI solutions and user experience.
* Promote best practices and successful use cases across the region.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
* Minimum 4+ years of experience in operations, business development, digital transformation, sales operations, or training-related roles.
* Experience delivering training, coaching, or enablement programs.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business and operational data.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Fluent English (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in direct selling, network marketing, e-commerce, health & wellness, or international business environments.
* Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, AI agents, automation platforms, and business intelligence tools.
* Experience supporting distributor networks or multi-country operations.
* Additional European language skills are highly desirable. .
