We're looking for a motivated sales professional or recent graduate who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and creating opportunities. The ideal candidate will be from the greater Cleveland area with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
What You'll Do
Prospect, maintain, and grow relationships with member and non-member organizations across your territory (NE Ohio, Pennsylvania, Northern West Virginia)
Introduce prospective Members to the value HPS purchasing contracts can bring to their organization
Present the cost savings and value HPS programs bring to decision-makers
Support vendor partnership development across industries like food service, medical supplies, education, and operational services
Represent HPS at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Manage your day-to-day schedule and territory with growing independence as you develop in the role

Qualifications:
Sales, business development, customer service, leadership, account management, or relationship-building experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain Management, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
Valid driver’s license in good standing
Ability to travel throughout the region, including occasional overnight travel
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace applications
