Responsibilities:- Manage (and grow) existing Tier-1 and OEM customers
- Achieve group objectives based on the operative and strategic business plan
- Develop and strengthen customer network on a regional basis in collaboration with the dedicated customer teams (regional and global)
- Identify customer trends and anticipate customer needs
- Maintain key account strategy alignment with Regions and Global Engineering
- BS in Technical Discipline or Business Admin./ Business Management
- Excellent analytical, commercial, negotiation, presentation, and moderation skills
- Ability to work in a cross-cultural global environment
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and strong follow-up
- Ability to travel 30%
