Job Description

• 担当製品カテゴリーにおいて、受注額・売上額・利益率の年間目標を達成する
• 製品管理業務
  • NPI: 新製品導入計画 (製品構成、RA情報、価格設定、製品登録、サービス体制等) の作成・実施
  • 承認/製品登録管理業務
  • 製品関連資料作成と管理（仕様書案、選定理由書案、簡易マニュアルなど）
  • 在庫計画の策定・管理及び、出荷/品質問題への対応
• マーケティング業務
  • 顧客ニーズの把握および分析、グローバルチーム用の議論・資料作成
  • 顧客満足度調査のサポート(顧客情報収集、分析、対応策プラン策定)
  • 市場分析に基づくセグメンテーションとターゲティング
  • 競合情報の収集と分析やSWOT分析
  • 現行製品・新製品のバリュープロポジション、差別化、価値提案の伝達方法検討
  • 販促資料作成と管理（カタログ、クリニカルペーパーなど）
  • 該当領域のKOLの把握、関係強化、営業・営業技術と連携してルミナリーサイトの構築
  • マーケティング予算範囲内でのアクションプランの⽴案・実施 (学会展示、セミナー、Web, 評価レポート作成等)
  • 営業チームと連携した販促企画・販売計画⽴案・実施、営業技術部活動へのサポート
  • Global/Region/Japanレベルへのレポーティングに求められるKPIの報告
• 事業開発業務
  • 該当事業領域における中長期戦略の策定
  • 潜在的パートナーの調査・計画立案・交渉等活動実施

Qualifications/Requirements

• 日本の医療業界（医療機器、製薬、IT）におけるマーケティングまたは営業経験があること
• 日本語が流暢であり、海外拠点の社内メンバーと日々電話会議を行える英語力を有すること
• 高いコミュニケーション能力があり、お客様との様々なシーンに対応するためのフットワークがあること
• 製品知識の習得後、お客様に対して基本的な製品紹介プレゼンテーションができること
• 現在の経験や知識に加えて、当社の製品やビジネスプロセスに関する知識を学ぼうとする意欲があること
• 高いモチベーションがあり、社内外の関係者と一緒に協働できるチームプレーヤーであること
• 医療業界で働く者としての高いインテグリティおよびコンプライアンス意識を有し、自らを律することができること
• 基本的なITスキルを有すること 

Desired Characteristics

• 生体情報モニタの製品知識または周術期の臨床知識を有すること
• 複雑な事象を論理的に整理し、資料を用いて明瞭に説明できること
• お客さまのニーズや社内の課題に対する解決策を自ら立案できること
• 高額/複雑な取引を取りまとめた経験や、ソリューション営業の経験を有すること
• 部署横断でメンバーを巻き込み目標に向かって推進していけるプロジェクトマネジメントスキル
• 周囲のステークホルダーとの、オープンな相互フィードバックができ、前例に捉われず、既存業務を改善していく姿勢があること
• 海外の医療制度、医療事情に知見があること
• 日本国内で業務車両を安全に運転するための免許を有すること
