As a member of the Utah Sales Team, our Associate Account Executive Sales Support assists the sales team by assisting with client communications, sales activities, and materials all in service of making our members’ health journeys easier.

What You Bring to Cambia: 

Qualifications:  

  • Associate Sales Account Support would have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field and 0-3 years of experience in direct sales customer service or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Must be currently licensed, or must become licensed within 90 days of hire, to sell insurance (health, life, and/or disability) in the state(s) where business is conducted. Prior to receiving a license staff are not allowed to engage in soliciting or selling activities.

  • Deep health plan industry knowledge

  • Strong market research experience.

  • Demonstrates strong relationship management skills.

  • Ability to engage in community/networking opportunities outside of normal business hours.

  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales results.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proven ability to adapt to fast paced dynamic business environments.

What You Will Do at Cambia:  

  • Identify potential business opportunities and assist in developing effective sales strategies for assigned accounts.

  • Support the sales team with creating presentations, proposals and other sales materials including conducting research and analyzing data.

  • Assists in product recommendations, client onboarding and new client implementations.

  • Build and maintain client relationships; maintain active records of sales activities including client interactions, meeting outcomes and sales metrics.

  • Effectively works within a team environment and able to work with cross functional teams.

  • Coordinate meetings, organize client documentation schedule appointments and arrange travel logistics.

  • Create, plan and execute business and social events to build relationships with key community members and clients.

The expected hiring range for a Regence Associate Account Executive Sales Support is $23.80 - $29.80 an hour depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history. The bonus target for this position is 5%. The current full salary range for this role is $23.80 - $38.80 an hour.
